Sweet Carolyn 2006 Wine

A multi-layered complex wine with a deep amber colour. On the nose we are delighted by soft peach aromas, pineapple and apricot. This almost overwhelming bouquet is aptly supported by spicy ginger, floral jasmine and rich honey. A tangy palate with zesty acidity, freshens the syrupy sweet pallet and allows the fruit to express its full potential. The nose carries through beautifully to the pallet and the lingering after taste is one which invites another sip, and another sip and another sip - truly decadent!
